By the time your Dager & Dager representative contacts you, he/she will have a pretty good idea of the general details effecting your home's price, location and financing possibilities. But this is not enough!
Secondly, we will contact you for a personal meeting and up-close inspection of the home itself. Many companies would stop with #1, but Dager & Dager understands that making decisions on the marketing of any home with only general knowledge is shortsighted. During our visit, we will want you to point out to us those features of your home that made it the right home for you when you purchased it. We will also help you to prepare a "Things-To-Do" list. To make this list, your Dager & Dager representative will view the home as a critical buyer might view it. We want to make sure that there is no one thing that would stop a potential buyer from making an offer.
Thirdly, your Dager & Dager representative will come back to the office to compile all the information gathered in the first two stages of this interview. He/she will then take the time to prepare an all-inclusive marketing plan for your review. At this time, your representative will also elicit any ideas you may have on the marketing process.
