of our third professionally mandated peer review without any Letter
of Comments. All CPA firms that are members of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and perform audits,
reviews, compilations, and attest engagements must have an
industry monitored "Peer Review" every three years. Most CPA firms pass
the review. However, few pass without some deficiencies
being cited in a formalized "Letter of Comment." We are
proud to have achieved that distinction for our third consecutive
peer review.
Several of our staff professionals have extensive "Big 4" CPA
firm experience combined with a wealth of experience servicing
small businesses, governmental, and quasi-government agencies
with an array of services including auditing, financial
management system reviews, internal audit, organizational
financial plan preparation, risk assessments, capital
project compliance monitoring, DBE program management,
financial capacity assessments, transportation consulting
services, and tax planning and preparation.

and financial management, taxation, transportation infrastructure
consulting, strategic planning, compliance reviews, budgetary
