Chash has had an exciting and fast-paced career. Currently she is a marketing consultant, with a specialty in multi-media. She works with a wide array of industries. She develops and implements successful strategic marketing plans, inclusive of e-commerce programs. Prior to consulting she was Classified/Internet/Ad Director with Montgomery Publishing, Inc., located in Philadelphia and as Classified Ad Manager in Kansas City with Sun Publications. During these years, she has been a speaker for a variety of Associations, including Suburban Newspaper Association, Michigan Newspapers Publishers Association, New York Suburban Newpapers’ Publishers Association and Philadelphia’s Right Angle Club. She has won numerous awards throughout her career, including being honored as "Classified Ad Director of the Year" by SNA in November 1996.

She has successfully transformed traditional "in-bound" sales departments into a pro-active, goal-oriented sales force. The overhaul has resulted in a dramatic growth in revenue and has enabled companies to expand services and launch new products. She led the installation of a multi-unit front-end computer system. She has served as Sales and Marketing Director, MIS, Internet and Training Director. She has launched multiple new products, including niche publications, specialty magazines, and Internet Divisions. Chash has exceptional promotional flair in generating unique multi-media plans, readership contests, internet/print packages and formidable alliances. She is a professional corporate recruiter with remarkable interviewing skills. She has studied Neuro-linguistics and "How to Read Body Language".

Her most notable skill is making your current sales and marketing division into a multi-faceted revenue center. She is constantly looking outside the boundaries and leading people and projects into new levels of achievement. She pushes the envelope and makes it profitable. Her insights into strategies, staffing, training, front-end systems and multi-media are unequalled in the newspaper industry.

Her recent success in the electronic medium is unsurpassed. She has worked with the largest and the most experienced service provider. Chash’s hometown is Kansas City, MO. She relocated to the East Coast in the fall of 1994, moving to the northern suburbs of Philadelphia. In 1998, she changed her residence to Maryland’s western shore. Upon her recent wedding engagement, she is making her home in Central New Jersey.
