The Largest Minority Consulting & CPA Firm Headquartered in Pennsylvania Chosen to Monitor DBE Participation on Multi-Million Dollar SEPTA Contract for Market Street Elevated Lines.

been awarded a contract by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), to serve as the affirmative action consultant for it's multi-million dollar El reconstruction project in West Philadelphia. SEPTA, the Philadelphia region's primary mass transit provider, is in the midst of bringing a rejuvenated Market-Frankford Line to the city through a $560 million dollar West Philadelphia-based project-the Market Street Elevated Reconstruction Project. The completed project is expected to not only improve transportation, but to serve as a jobs/contracts/business generation catalyst for the area as well.

To achieve this, SEPTA initiated an aggressive Affirmative Action Plan to monitor and help increase participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including measures to ensure that construction firms working on the project employ minorities, women, and residents of the construction area throughout the length of the project.
