Pilates Mat/*Open
Pilates Mat
This floor work class is
offered from basic to intermediate. While Pilates Mat focuses on
building stronger core awareness and strength, the 30 + forms strengthen
and stretch the entire body—leaving you feeling balanced and energized.
Breath awareness, posture and body alignment are a focus of this 60 minute
class.

Pilates Equipment/*Open Equipment
This class offers work on the Pilates Reformer,
Cadillac and Barrel. Class elements include, posture and body
alignment and core strengthening exercises. This closed kinetic
chain-non impact exercise class improves body awareness, coordination
and total body control. From basic to intermediate there are over 100 exercises
to choose from. 60 minutes.

Intro to Yoga
This class is for the total beginner who is interested
in learning basic yoga postures that are strength building , and will also
enhance flexibility, coordination, balance and body awareness. Basic
breathing techniques are also a focus of this 60 minute class.

Flow Yoga Basics
This yoga class is for the active beginner
who is willing to take on the challenge of a flow style asana class.
This vinyasa (connecting movement) class is a non stop active class which
increases full body strength and flexibility along with improving endurance,
coordination, balance and mental focus. It is an alchemy between
body—mind and your breath energy. 75 minutes

Hot Yoga Variations
Bikram's style yoga series
is for all levels. Okay for beginners. Great class for building a strength
base in legs, pelvis and back. 26 postures performed twice in a heated
(100+ degrees) room. 75 minutes

*Open Flow Yoga
Is the next level of practice
up in intensity and focus from the Flow Yoga Basics Course. In this
practice you will begin to cultivate the energetics of asana practice through
use of the breath.

*Open Yoga
Includes the use of props for standing and seated
asana. This restorative class is gentle yet, challenging and will include
inversion postures and meditation. Great for those interested in developing
an at home practice. 90 minutes.

Ashtanga Yoga Variations
It is helpful in this practice, but not necessary
to be familiar with full First Series Ashtanga Postures, from an
energetic level. This class will help you cultivate the discipline
of practicing yoga from the mechanics to the energetics.
